We serve the entire state of Indiana.

The Indiana Comprehensive Epilepsy Service Organization is a statewide program of the Indiana University Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, Department of Neurology, and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services.

Our mission is to provide individualized care through comprehensive diagnostic tools, advanced treatment options, cutting edge research and to train epileptologists who specialize exclusively in the epilepsy field. In providing these services, we inform, educate, and support those with epilepsy, their families, and the community with compassion, respect, and confidentiality.

How can we help you?

  • Provide medical, vocational, educational, and social service referrals to people with epilepsy and their families
  • Offer education about epilepsy through in-service presentations and educational programming
  • Provide current information on many aspects of epilepsy, including seizure identification, first aid, medications, surgical treatment, parenting a child with epilepsy, medical testing, legal rights and women issues
  • Comprehensive epilepsy evaluation
  • Research center that conducts clinical and medical device trials
